Team Building
Team Building Events are designed to develop team work to enable much more demanding goals to be achieved. With your staff away from familiar working surroundings and into a challenging alien environment the need for planning, co-operation and above all else close teamwork will be imperative.

Communication
To handle a powerful offshore yacht in close contact sailing needs good communication skills between the skipper and crew, especially when manoeuvring, and the better the team work together the greater its success.

Focus
The training will include various tasks which will require the teams to focus their efforts and apply absolute co-operation whilst providing great fun in a healthy and attractive environment.
